Instagram is currently testing a new set of message labels for business accounts, making it much easier for users to manager customer interactions within their DMs.
It is rumored that Instagram is exploring the addition of five new labels for DMs within the platform, intended to help optimize business and customer relations, and optimize the messaging process and experience.
The five labels are:
- Flag
- Booked
- Ordered
- Paid
- Shipped
