YouTube superstar creator MrBeast is shutting down rumors that Disney purchased his channel amid his impressive accomplishment of surpassing 200 million subscribers (the first creator to ever do so) during a recent appearance on The Iced Coffee Hour podcast.
MrBeast is already off to an incredible start in 2024, and is also believed to be closing in on a deal for his first TV show with Amazon Prime, a deal that is rumored to be worth a staggering $100 million.
Rumors recently surfaced that Disney acquired MrBeast’s YouTube channel for $5 billion, but MrBeast cleared the air on the podcast hosted by Graham Stephan and Jack Selby.
“Disney does not own any part of my channel” MrBeast wrote on X.
