YouTube has bestowed a rather unique honor to their biggest creator for accomplishing a milestone no one has been able to yet – surpassing 200 million subscribers on the platform.
Jimmy ‘MrBeast’ Donaldson, who is known for his charitable work, giveaways, budget videos and his outlandish challenges reached an impressive 242 million subscribers as of March 2024, becoming the first person to ever do so.
Since it has been the first time any creator has accomplished the feat on YouTube, the platform gifted MrBeast with a unique trophy to celebrate his efforts, which MrBeast proudly shared to his millions of followers on social media.
“YouTube sent us this 200,000,000 subscriber award” he said in the post. MrBeast put a close up photo of the award on Instagram as well, which also caught the attention of many within the content creator social media community.
