While ByteDance awaits what the future holds for TikTok in the United States they have been hard at work making new improvements and additions to their short form content platform, including their “Sounds for Business” audio library.
TikTok has added a bunch of new audio clips from a variety of TikTok influencers that are now within the “Sounds for Business” audio library, and are available for advertisers to use within the app for free.
According to TikTok: “Our all-new Sounds for Business – Voice Clips were developed to help brands of all sizes easily create a diverse range of sound-rich content with 18 custom voiceover audio templates you can use in all of your TikTok videos. Recorded by superstar TikTok Creators Anania, Matt Buechele, Devin Halbal, Good Children, Sani Sisters and Very Gay Paint, these free tracks add some of the platform’s most recognizable voices to your videos and offer the perfect soundtrack for trend-ready content.”
TikTok continues to address the fallout from their ongoing dispute with Universal Music, which led to Universal pulling all of it’s music from the app, including those from popular artists such as Taylor Swift, Adele, Drake, and Billie Eilish, all of whom are signed to the company.
TikTok says that the 18 new voice clips audio are now available in its Commercial Music Library and are hoping that this can inspire some more business opportunities and verticals for those utilizing the app.
