QTCinderella’s The Streamer Awards 2024 had easily it’s most successful event this past weekend as it now holds a significant record in regards to viewership, as the event drew a record-breaking number of viewers.
The event, which saw over 3.2 million hours watched, 645.1K peak viewers, and 339,000 average viewers, according to StreamCharts, beat out the 2023 Streamer Awards, which clocked 2.3 million hours watched and 580K Peak Viewers.
What’s most impressive about the milestone is that the 2024 iteration of the event saw an 11% increase in peak viewers over the 2023 event, and shows just how much the event has grown during that span, and how popular content creation has grown in that same timeframe.
According to StreamCharts: “This ceremony, which has become one of the most coveted in global live streaming, was hosted by creator QTCinderella on her Twitch channel. However, co-streaming was available, with more than 400 channels playing the action live at some point during its nearly ten-hour airtime.”
Congrats, QTCinderella!
